Snuggles up to a brutally naive and butt-stoopud American "administration" on the Wah on Terrah, does nothing concrete (you don't think he knows exactly where bin Ladin is hiding?), and is now one of the "for us" guys (you know, "yer either for us or agin us...") So as a reward for this public show of support (while doing nothing concrete), Mujarif is allowed to expand his nuclear arsenal unfetterd by US meddling. Nice arangement!
