Somalia Islamists declare war on Ethiopia
Somalia's powerful Islamic council has vowed a "holy war" against neighbouring Ethiopia, which has moved troops into its lawless neighbouring state to protect its weak transitional government from a feared Islamist advance.
A very weird and unstable situation. No telling how this will play out.
If the US wasn't already tied up, I think that Bush would have sent US forces in already, but right now there is no chance of serious US military intervention.
