New Scruffy - that's a good word for it.
There are examples of much worse problems with racks. Much much worse problems. Like air-conditioner drains going into buckets sitting on top of tacks. Or management taking months too long to spend money on the badly needed second air-conditioner so that the monitoring centre doesn't call us every few days because the server room has hit 33 degrees C. Again.
