Atkins would kill me.
I am not carb sensitive and moving to a high fat, high protein diet is exactly the opposite of what I need to do to keep my numbers in check.
Mind you, Atkins works for some at controlling their numbers. I am not one of those people. Protein and fat limitation are necessary for me.
I lost alot of weight with atkins equivalents (protein power plan). I also watched my bloodwork deteriorate rapidly.
