Seems still rather skeletal, still lots of work yet to do. I reorganized it yesterday (14 hours straight) to make it more usable and to prepare for an alphabetical index (for people with slow connections).

Of course I only have pictures of the fish I've been able to buy and eat in the last few months, and I can eat just so many per week and both my feezer compartments are full.

Some of the instruction stuff may be a bit basic for the sophisticated cooks on IWeThey but somebody may find it useful.

. . you can't proof your own stuff. There's probably plenty in there to entertain the typo enthusiasts.
