I also like Irish soda bread with this but that might be too much carbs for some.
You just listed a recipe for 2-3 people that contains pasta combined with a lb of scallops. An interesting aspect of scallops is that is the ONLY animal you can't eat on Atkins - it contains too many carbs. And then you have a 1/2 lb of butter - huge amount of fat.
And someone could be worried about a bit of Irish soda bread? Please tell me you were joking.
