Dunno about "big".
Most blocks in the area are about a quarter-acre.
It's not red clay - that's just someone's paving. Our soil is fairly non-descript black.
I think some work colleagues and I figured the satellite picture is at least 18 months old, so that would be before we moved bought it. :-)
