It's complete bollocks.

Half those numbers have been adjusted to make the woo-woo theory work.

Edit: None of the planes involved in the attacks had a flight number Q33NY.

Edit 2: For fuck's sake, the text you've got there is exactly what's on the Snopes page [link|http://www.snopes.com/rumors/coincidence.asp|debunking] the whole thing.
