I'll even settle for a demo version. The headhunters are asking me what kind of Middleware I have worked with or at least tried. Stuff like IBM Websphere and ORB comes to mind as ones they asked me about. "Will code Visual BASIC for cash."

I wouldn't call those middleware. They're J2EE servers. There are middleware components to them, yes, but the whole thing is more commonly called an application server.
