I called them and received instructions on mailing the title and what would happen. Title was mailed. Car was picked up. Check received yesterday. For the full amount! No deduction! Go figure. A good friend will come and bail you out of jail ... but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Damn...that was fun!"
