New Has to print client side
New One of the many report engines available wasn't good enough?
This one appears to allow you to run the report serverside and provide a PDF to the client, instead of using the report viewer ActiveX control:

New I'm sure there would be one
I tried a few things, none of which could do what we needed easily. Label printing was a big sticking point. MS's own report services, for instance, when given 4 quarter inch rows to print, prints a block that is almost exactly 15/16 of an inch high.

I'm sure there is a report tool that would be better then what we are doing. But I didn't have the time to weed through them to find the one that could do what we needed effectivly.

New Meaning what?
Oh wait, you're doing something like UPS, offer your customoers the chance to print labels over the web? Can't you just create a PDF and let them deal with getting it to their printer? Do you require a label printer, or do these go to laser/inkjet printers?
