Starting Wednesday, the 16th, in Napa, for a small but established web services firm catering to the wine and related (tourism, B&B, etc.) industry. Official title is System Administrator, responsibilities include same, networking, security, some programming (shell, Perl, Java), and SE (service/sales engineer) -- accompanying the sales team on calls to field the technical side of things.
The firm seems great, it was a personal referral through this very group (thanxamillyun Slugbug), and it's going to be really nice to be back in action after twelve long (but fun) months.
Also moving, the apartment will be a nice upgrade (bigger, nicer, better, and, once [link|http://www.craigslist.org/sfo/roo/2571152.html|the roommate] shows up, cheaper, than what I've got now.
