New Firefox 1.5
Apparently checks CSS and fills up the JS console with errors for CSS that it doesn't like.

Apparently there is no way to disable or filter this whining and it warns on styles that are specific to other browsers like IE. Yes, they are not standard styles, but they are useful for backward compatibility and bitching about them doesn't endear this release to me at all.

Boneheaded thing to do, that. Nice feature - should ship disabled for the average browsing public.

New Yes, however...
...average browsing public says "What's a JS console"?

PS: yes I know what it is. That makes me above-average browsing public :)
Two out of three people wonder where the other one is.
New Confused me at first...
...but I haven't gotten around to checking what it's complaining about. Mostly just scroll down to the last error and work from there.
New Extra noise makes javascript debugging a drag
Worse, many CSS "Errors" are supposed to be viewed as "Warnings" in the CSS spec. IE, a bad attribute or improper value should be silently dropped, so a warning would be suitable.
