I'd love to know if they were 'informed' of [link|http://www.southcoasttoday.com/daily/12-05/12-17-05/a09lo650.htm|this crap]. But then, that'd be a (Police) State Secret, needed to protect our poor civilians against knowledge - er, terrorism.
