Who is entitled to what, or is it the other way around?
Talk about fucked-up grammar: "We are reaching out to the caller and expressing our deep regret to her and apologizing that she did not get the courtesy entitled to her." -- the courtesy entitled to her???
I didn't know "courtesy" -- being an abstract noun and everything -- could be entitled to anything at all, much less an entire actual human being.
Those fuckwits must have been reporting too much from that "War" you're having on another abstract noun.
