So I see there are 2 who rank above you, one as an archbishop and one as a Pope. Who are these 2 with such high political connections?

Those two would be...

The guy who wrote the site (who gave himself a huge XP bonus) and Randal Schwartz.

But, to be honest, I've been less involved with perlmonks in the last couple of years, and it shows in my ranking there.
