I heard this over the radio when Libby's indictment was handed up that some sort of motion went with it. I found the transcript here today [link|http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0510/28/bn.02.html|CNN Transcripts]

This is the only source I found of this, so it could be an error. But if it's not, it is very interesting. This is a highly unusual move, and the most obvious possibility is that it was a sealed indictment.

Has anybody else heard anything about this?
