Risk: takes time to schedule. Worst case: a trial going on at next election -- whose main import is the proposition, Would Our Government Lie Us into a Quagmire cha cha cha ???

No Guts for Impeachment. Yet. Must hope that this crew has fucked up a few more discoverable things than just.. all foreign policy for a generation; obviously - that's OK with the consumers.
