Had the same situation in reverse with my daughter. Driver was across yellow skipping traffic at a light, she was inching out of a lot and he took the nose of her car off. They initially said we get nothing. It took several months...but I got 85% at the end. So, in the end, yes...bitch about it...but get your agent involved...thats why you pay them.
