Yes! Ask for the Consumer Protection Division.
And file a formal complaint. A lot of states now have an online complaint form. If your state doesn't, call their office and they'll send you one. The cool thing about that is that Allstate will *have* to respond directly to the AG, not you. By doing this (and this might vary by state, I'm not sure, but every state I've lived in as an adult does it this way) you are making the AG the middle-man between you.
