No where in my Allstate policy does it state I am liable for anything except the deductable unless I am commiting a criminal act or an act of war or terrorism is commited on me. My deductable is higher than the 2-300 bucks though.

New Also sniff around to see if there is any class action suits
against allstate. They are the cheaper guys but as you have found out a bitch to get them to pay.
