First thing I'd do is check caching settings (if there are any...). Not ever having used OmniWeb, though, I'm not much help.
Maybe I'll just shut up now..
(I'm pining for a Mac...)

The caching appears not to be fab
But you can always go into the preferences and set the cache timeout to 1 second or something. Then install Squid. Works a treat.
As for the spellchecking, that's the OS doing it for you. It can be switched off in preferences somewhere I think.

let me test caching
Post then flush cache off of tool menu.
flushed the cache then reloaded and post is there. Off to setting land.
