Hey, anything that can keep a Tejas-style redistricting
from happening is OK by me. I live in Illinois, which IMHO is second only to the latest Tejas fiasco in gerrymandering prowess. (And look! No Thom DeLay to foist it upon us...we do it to ourselves every 10 years!)
