It's a WTF, all right.

Basically I thought that both interviewers and interviewees were, if represented at all fairly, unprofessional, childish and idiotic.

All the cases presented demonstrate a lack of basic human courtesy and common sense on both sides.

Still, it's entertaining, because none of those people is me.
