Looking for a PHP application development environment

When Windows desktop PHP development environments are available that anyone here has experience with and can recommend we try?

Me, I like vim, but I'm weird like that. Obligatory side note on IDEs: I think they're probably great for rapid development of completely new apps, but get in the way when you have an established framework. So for a ColdFusion guy going over to PHP it's probably a good idea. Oh, I think the IDE's written in Java. I have not tried the entire Maguma Workbench though, just the free Studio part. Jay
