New Huh.
I mean that "huh" more in the sense of what comes out of your mouth after a punch to the stomach than as a questioning grunt. I'd never even considered the historically corrupt local governement's lack of care till you said that. More shame to me.

I still think the Fed was criminally negligent. I just don't think they were alone.
