New MS NBC
I did a little more research this morning, and MS NBC does appear to have a "name-based" lost and found for evacuees. This is better than nothing, but it's still not very good.

I really believe that the Evacuee Lost and Found needs to be addressed-based, as there are many people with the same/similar names. Also, with an address based lost and found, less personal information could be disclosed. The first "found" person for that address could set up a "challenge" question that the rest of the family would know, and the rest of the world wouldn't. Then, the evacuees could trade messages.

But, this also means making some computer resources available in shelters. In small shelters like our church is running, this won't be a problem. But it would be a challenge for Reunion Arena, Astrodome, or Reliant center.

If you know of others who are doing this lost and found thing better than MS NBC, let me know.

"the reason people don't buy conspiracy theories is that they think conspiracy means everyone is on the same program. Thats not how it works. Everybody has a different program. They just all want the same guy dead. Socrates was a gadfly, but I bet he took time out to screw somebodies wife" Gus Vitelli

No, no. We have to provide potential hostages over there so they won’t look for potential hostages over here.
