Probably but my facts were not and my conclusions were sound based on laws at the time, published reports of what the Florida Legislature was threatening to do and the outcome of any electors from florida voting in any manner. Dem's were going to challenge the electors if the Florida Legislature sent them and repos were going to challenge the Florida electors if a judge stated the recounts were for Gore. In either case, the election would have went to the congress who were republican. Now put that into your copenhagen can and masticate it.
