Is the ACLU Usama bin Laden's best ally?

That be the title of O'Reilly's editorial. Here be some talking points from that diatribe:

...The ACLU is putting us in danger. No American organization enables terrorism as much as the ACLU... It is putting your life in danger... We should hold the ACLU fund raisers and donors accountable. We will tell you [in the coming weeks] who they are... The ACLU is dangerous. The evidence is overwhelming.

All I can say is Damn... Somehow we've become a fascist state and I didn't even get to break any glass.
