No throughput tests though.(yet) Now, haven't tried a LINUX machine yet. BTW, it comes with a 4" pigtail to take the strain off the USB port. Sure, I know that CPUs have gotten fast enough that I shouldn't have to worry about it, but it seems that a lot of components that we used to depend on taking care of themselves, are starting to push their tasks onto the CPU these days.
