That would be a fairly loose interpretation of the word
I think. I have a pretty heavy leaning to Buddhism and one of the things I like about it is the complete lack of pawn-ism. IOW, no "god's plan" crap.
There is just the universe and it just is. Then there is me and how I relate to it. I don't consider either of these deities though.
The mode of relating is my problem and my success in tackling this determines my general level of happiness. No having a shitty life now for a better one later, or any of that hocus pocus I'm supposed to take on faith. Its either working for me or it isn't. Mostly, I find it works.

Well, that is quite admirable, sir.
Sufficiently admirable that you should be an admiral of your faith. In particular you have declined both automatic forgiveness for your sins (for which so many used car salesmen are declared Christians) and the advantages of a Hell for those of another faith. Truely you have progressed upon the path to becoming God.

Well, here's what you can do.
Positive + Negative = Nothing
Nothing = Positive + Negative
"Nothing, to know itself, divided into Positive and Negative that the two could recombine in infinite ways to explore every posibility"
So then, Nothing = Everything = God
To avoid God, just call "Everything" "Nothing". Same thing but more acceptable word, right?
