You have to manually drill down thru a multi-level BOM on the left panel to find the items, then choose the attachments tab on the right to find the drawings. The interface is extremely slow, though extra RAM would probably help (my page file is currently 1.1 GB).

Nice find on the specs - I see reference to "compressed data" - probably why it didn't look like I was expecting it to at first glance.
