As this will be my first visit to your abode, I would like to inquire as to what I should bring. I am thinking of bringing my guitar as you have one in your avatar but will not if you have spares. Also, I am thinking of bringing a sleeping bag although I have an aversion to them since leaving the Army (as well as jeeps, jogging and hiking). If you were me, what would you bring to your house? What would you like for me to bring to your house? Throw me a bone, I'm running outta time and indecisive.
Just a few questions,
Danno

Inflatable mattress
I collapsed on the couch last year - stealing it from someone who already staked it out. I think it was Ross. He should have rolled me off!

Bone
Sleeping bag might be an advantage...space is going to be severely short this year with many guests and the normal number of "goddamned drunks" that cannot depart until cleared.
I have a 6 and 12 string acoustic and a classical as well as 2 electrics. If you want to bring another 6 steel its up to you. We've never spontaneously broken into song...but you never know. Stranger things have absolutely happened.

Hope you can make it.
Understand the family dynamic, though.
Neighbors have cleared the pitching of the tents on the side of the house...and I left the old fence and gate for easy access.

Good question
I was just pondering the same question myself.
Drinks (if I'm there for two days I could go through several two liter bottles of soda on my own)? Games (cards, Cosmic Encounters, RPGs, PS2 games)? Snacks? Necronomicon? Anything?
As it stands right now, I'll be working Saturday morning, and then drive over after work. I'll be staying at work till 4 at the latest, so I should be over by 6 at the worst. Drive home late, and then drive back over again Sunday whenever I can get up.

Speaking from my own personal experience...
I spent maybe an hour watching Drew suck at snowboarding on the PS2. The rest of the time was drinking, visiting, eating, drinking, sleeping (rarely), drinking, playing dimes, visiting, getting Ben drunk, and drinking. This is from about 8pm Friday to noon on Sunday. Oh, and I jumped in the pool once to avoid Skip.
Since most of the party is outside, games might be a bit difficult to manage. Although the Necronomicon is always welcome. But I'm just speaking for myself. Of course, I'm probably lying, and I might bring Duncan's Fluxx game simply because it rules.
How far away do you live from Bill's?

I didn't suck
I was playing a 12-year-old. No one can look good playing a video game against a 12-year old. If you lose, you lost to a kid. If you win, you proved you have less of a life than they do. Congratulations.
Which is a long way of saying, "Yes, I sucked."

How far away do you live from Bill's? I've never been there, but Yahoo says it should take a bit over an hour to drive. We shall see how long it actually takes. Jay
