New Does *anybody* understand Cisco's registration process?
I sure don't. It seems I have to have a service contract before I can sign up for a service contract. All I want is to download the latest software for my new PIX 506 firewall. I'm not a reseller or certified Cisco engineer. Any clues as to wth I'm supposed to do?
That's her, officer! That's the woman that programmed me for evil!

call the 800 number and bitch about the useless web site. They will direct you to the right place.
thanx,
bill
can I have my ones and zeros back?
New Re: Does *anybody* understand Cisco's registration process?
Alternatively, you can email me. I don't have a problem passing it along, particularly if you, like me, bought a PIX only to find >1 year old software on it. They're on what, 6.0 or 6.1, and we got one 4-5 months ago with 4.4 on it!
