I'm bogged down with Jackfruit this week though. Jackfruit flapjacks for breakfast again tomorrow, probably jackfruit curry again tonight, and that's just the shell - I've barely begun on the fruit part. Rose will help with the fruit part though, she likes bananas and mangos so she's sure to like jackfruit.

I've had cactus pods like that - don't know if they were called "dragon fruit" because they grew in my mother's back yard. Same red shell with white foamy inside with tiny black seeds. Very nice.
