usage of map software
have tried google and mapquest but no luck. I want to see the length of a specific highway I-81 cant seem to find a way to do that. thanx, bill

looks like 75n to 40 east and pick 81 up there. Camp in the mountains then run up to gettysburg, tootle around the battle field then park just outside of sicklerville somewhere. Fun looking trip. thanx, bill

I would have thought I-85 to I-77 would be shorter.
Then, I-77 North to Statesville to meet your path.
Of course, I don't know exactly where near Hotlanta you're starting.

Likely home, but not sure.
My wife and I will be doing some traveling with the motor home later this month and that would be near the, for now, fuzzy end of it. I'll keep you posted.
