In a few years my score will go up once my wife starts making real money. A couple of questions were also clearly for execs. For instance I said "somewhat" when asked if I'd been in charge of turning around a company, division or product. No, I wasn't in charge. But I was the guy who made a fragile process reliable and kept it that way until customers became comfortable that we would deliver what was needed, when it was needed. Not being an exec, that is about as close as I'm likely to come to full marks on that.
I'm good at what I do and I'm comfortable doing it. But I'm not committed to my current profession. I fell into it by accident, and I have no illusions that programming is a job which will treat me well when I get older.
Cheers,
Ben
