I'm looking for ATX form factor, minumum Pentium II/III up to AMD Duron capabable, and can take 128MB DIMMs (PC100 minimum). If it has a CPU and fan, that's even better. I've got memory, video, etc., just looking for an orphaned MB with no place to go. n3jjaatverizondotnet

Much of it is cast-off from the dot-com bust, which means it's back two generations, but it sounds like that's what you're looking for.

The only p2 class machine I have is a laptop..I suppose you could bolt it into the case if you had to. I may have a mb/processor combo though, I can't remember if I saved the MB or not. I know I have 2 p2 processors. One is a 300. The other, a 266 IIRC. I have some memory too. Again...no idea of what or how effective. If you don't come up with something pre 7/2...we can dig through the crawlspace and load you up. I'll wait another couple of days, then it's off to the surplus places on the web. I don't have the time or inclination to find and rummage thru a recycle center.

[link\|http://usa.asus.com/prog/spec.asp?m=A7A266&langs=09\|A7A266] can use an Athlon or Duron but has a max speed of 1 GHz. Check it out.
