8 of10 right.
Q 3. I thought the Univac printer was $92500. Q 6. Never heard of Kembak-1.
Spacewar on the PDP-1? I was there to play it. The computer room was across the hall from my office.

I haven't taken it yet. It looks a wee bit tougher than the Encarta one.

Should have gone with my first instinct on the election. And Gates was the 640K RAM line, not the 5 computers line.

...OPEN right there in front of me?!? Sorry, but that's just not possible.
And that has nothing to do with "peeking at presents beforehand"; it's just a natural consequence of being a readaholic / zIWTaholic.

Uhm, yeah.
If you don't want the answers to publicly announced quiz, don't read them. Learn to control your compulsion. It's hard, I know. But doable. If I can do it .....

Why should I have to; when did this become the new standard?
We didn't use to post the answers to specific questions in the same thread that announced the quiz they're from, AFAICR. Why did everyone have to go and do that now? I don't get it.

Ok, sorry
I'll stop teasing.
As far as the posting of answer goes though, I don't really remember it one way or the other. I guess that's because if it looked as if I might like it I always tried it before reading on and if I didn't care to take it seeing the answers wouldn't have made much of an impression.

Missed cost of Univac printer (presumed it was either the high number or low number but picked against my first judgement) Missed the game played on the PDP. I've only seen one PDP11 and it had been taken out of service.

8 of 10. Missed the election and first personal computer
I was looking for Altair and didn't find it for the latter. (I disagree with their answer, I still think that the Altair was really the first personal computer. Though HP had a desk calculator that some might argue should qualify.)

I think I would have gotten 8 or 9.
I remember reading the election thing only a little while ago, so I know I knew that one. The Kenbas one was a bit of a giver because I knew it wasn't any of the others. The printer I guessed (correctly). The PDP-11 one I already saw the answer.
