As I've only built a resume twice in the last 25 years and I've read even less of them. Anyhow, the cover letter needs to use "you" less often, as it makes it read not as well as it should. Perhaps something along the lines of:

I am writing to explore employment opportunities with your organization. The enclosed resume will provide the details concerning my education, experience, and capabilities. I look forward to adding value to your team. I offer experience providing system support services in a variety of positions over the past 9 years.
...
I am confident the combination of my training and experience will allow me to make valuable contributions to your organization. I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you in person to discuss the organizational objectives and my abilities to fulfill them. Thank you for the time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
