...try a protein roll. Take a cucumber, peel, cut it in half, then "peel" the flesh in a flat spiral (not a helix), leaving the seeds. You end up with a thin, rectangular, flat sheet of cucumber, which you can then fill with tuna, toro, salmon, shrimp, octopus, etc. Mighty tasty, with a zing you don't get with seaweed rolls. No carbs, either, for you dieting weirdos.
