crawdads live, about 2 lbs per person if they likem and one lb per if they dont.
Corn Cobs (sweet white or yellow cleaned)
red potatoes quartered
butter
olive oil
worcester sauce
onions (white)
celery
garlic
sea salt
bay leaves 2 per pound
cayenne,
tobasco
parlsy marjoram thyme tarregon (herbs de provence if lazy)
melt butter and olive oil(1/2 and 1/2) in bottom of proper sized pot for the amount of grub
chop onions, celery add to pot and saute
after onions go translucent add spices worcester and salt stir for one more minute
put enough water in to cover all ingredients used (see some old greek guy and his bathtub to figger out how much)
bring to boil, add potatoes and corn, boil for 15 minutes or until fork goes easily into potato quarter
throw in crawdads and more cayenne to taste
add tobasco,
turn down to simmer for 5 minutes
serve with lots of napkins
