But after discussion with an ex jarhead intel language specialist there is interesting mixes of latin and serb based sub words, he is thinking hungarian/bulgar with some serb

My thought after discussing that with him was perhaps Romany, dont know of any here in florida to check. Any one else have access to a member of the Rom?(Gypsy)
