Novak has not been called into court yet
For some reason, Novak has not been among the people called to the grand jury yet. And it is rather peculiar that Novak was not among the people brought before the grand jury.
I suspect that the prosecution wants to pin down who made the leak, before calling Novak. Probably because Novak not only has 1st admendment protections but 5th admendment ones also, and thus trying to get him to testify would be even harder.
The tin foil hat crowd like the theory that Novak is a CIA agent himself, and for some reason that is keeping him from being called into court.
