Cabbages and Kings
My ancestry (pure-blood blend of Teuton, Mongol and Slav) and my Lithuanian surname probably predispose me to cabbage (and more cabbage), but I like this salad enough to put away a 2# red cabbage in a matter of a few hours. What does "_RUN_" mean? (Line 2 of "PREP".) Run away?

Depends on how your digestion handles cabbage.

Wouldn't that come after (the implied) line 5, "EAT" ?

Only if you have a wussy American alimentary canal.
More robust Europeans might wonder what the fuss is about.

Clever factoid
I have heard from other sources, similar.. A really well-functioning human dig. sys. means that, shortly following a meal, it's time to loose one in the queue.
(And on certain diets I have tried, I noted a similar frequency) So yes: by any standards of pre-Corporate, Normal Digestion\ufffd -- lots of Westerners are perpetually Full of It.. [and It Shows.. maybe in other modes, like the screwy religio- politico- constipations that go right along with the primal kind?]
