Not a fan of miles and miles of freshwater coastline? You know in Mich you're never 50 miles away from a great lake.

Need sunshine
and you don't get any from Thanksgiving to Easter.
Of course, I've just relocated to Seattle from Denver and the sun situation isn't a lot better, but there is plenty of water - salty kind that I like.
My sister still lives there - Grosse Pte. All the rest of my family has moved west to Denver.

If it doesn't have prune filling
then it isn't a true Paczki.
Scarfed down about 6 yesterday, including chocolate cream, custard and raspberry fillings along with the prune ones. Thank G*d I'm outta Tejas!

I didnt have a chance to get any yesterday-when I finally hit the bakery after work all they had left were prune. I passed.
