New So you've been getting those spam, too?
You know how spam goes in cycles? One month it's Rolexes, one month it's Nigerian 419, one month it's longer-harder-stronger. Well for the last month I've been getting them suggesting I can impress my lady friends with the volume of my ... umm ... output.

I got so many of them, I asked my wife if that was something that women were really looking for in a man. She shuddered. Visibly. Then said, "Uhh ... no."

[edit] Oops, what was I thinking.

New Note/nit.
SPAM is a tasty (MOO) tinned meat.

Spam is UCE.

Be nice to Hormel Foods; they haven't sued anyone, just asked that the above distinction be made clear.

New Er, that's the Scotts.
Of course, the Brits love their beer warm and their sheep boild in mint sauce, so they have their own issues.
"Here at Ortillery Command we have at our disposal hundred megawatt laser beams, mach 20 titanium rods and guided thermonuclear bombs. Some people say we think that we're God. We're not God. We just borrowed his 'SMITE' button for our fire control system."
New Cold is no guarantee of quality.
As it says on the beermat for Hobgoblin.

"What's the matter, lager-boy? Afraid you might TASTE something?"

New They CAN'T sue.
Spam in reference to unwanted email is already a generic term. Trademark law stops providing you with protection once a term is generic.

OK, to be more precise, they can sue but they'd lose. And be laughed at.

Cheers,
Ben
