Ice storm heading towards Chicago tonight
gonna make it a bitch to get to work tomorrow if it hits the region like they say it will. Took me 90 minutes each way, on clear and dry streets, to make it to my first day as a consultant/contractor. Doesn't leave much time to be online by the time you get home and chow down.
The DSL should be installed by the weekend.

Offer came three days

Don't I know it. I've been doing an hour and a half each way for 3 months now. By Friday I'm horribly tired, and I end up sleeping half of Saturday. It is not something I could do forever. If everything goes right I'll be moving at the end of this month though, and will be down to a 1/10 of an hour drive. Jay
