New Need to mention then
that if you don't plan to keep the PC able to see the music that you'll want to "deauthorize" the PC once you are done as only 5 computers can be authorized to play purchased music. On the Apple the deauthorize option is in the Advanced menu.

I suspect you'll want to leave the PC authorized though so your son can burn more CDs in the future.
