install [link|http://www.apple.com/itunes/|iTunes] on the PC.
Assuming your PC and Mac are networked, you can just share the Mac's library and have the songs show up in the PC's version of iTunes. I'm not sure, but I believe you should be able to burn a CD from the songs that have been shared.
Share the music on the Mac
- choose the iTunes menu
- select the Preferences option
- select the Sharing tab
- check Share my music
On the PC you'll want to have it "look for shared music". I suspect it's already set to do so, but if not you'd need to find the similiar preferences dialog for the Sharing options on the PC.
If you are not able to burn songs that have been shared, then you'll have to transfer the song files from the Mac to the PC. On the Mac you can control-click(or right-click w/2 button mouse) a song and one of the options is
show song file. Once you've found them, use ftp or whatever to transfer the songs to the PC.
If any of the songs were purchased from Apple, double click one of them on the PC and iTunes will walk you through the steps to authorize the PC to play the purchased music.
Once the songs are on the PC's copy of iTunes you'll need to create a "playlist" and burn an audio CD for the boombox for the park.
- open the Preferences dialog
- select the burning tab.
- make sure disk format is set to Audio CD
- Select File menu
- select New Playlist option
- drag required songs from the Library to the new playlist you've created.
- click the Burn Disc on the upper right, it'll "open up"
- click the Burn Disk again
- If you'd like, print a CD insert
- Select File menu
- Select Print option
- choose desired options and print.
